Speedy Setup Through Pre-verification
Large-scale equipment can be laid out in our plant in the same way as at a customer's site. Pre-inspection, evaluation and improvement are available through manufacturing simulation. Product quality, including rejects, as well as productivity, such as cycle time, short downtime, and operating rate, are verified in advance for quick setup of equipment.

Lead Time Reduced by In-house Machining of Large Parts
With the use of a double-column machining center, installed at our company in 2019, production lead time can be reduced by more than two weeks.
